Kuidas lihtsalt kaalust alla võtta?

Huvitab või? 😀 No eksole, ikka huvitab. Ma olen oma 10+ aastat igasuguseid imedieete jne proovinud. On vähe asju, mida ma oma nahal katsetanud ei ole. Klistiiridest veepaastudeni välja. Aga üleüldiselt on see lihtne ja loogiline, kaloreid peab päevas vähem tarbima, kui ära kulutatakse. Ehk võtad mingi kalkulaatori ja oled aus endaga ja siis saadki oma päevase koguse ja sööd alla selle. Ehk minu päevane kogus on umbes 1700, mis ma ära kulutaks. Kui tahan kaalu kaotada, siis söön umbes 1400 eest ja voilaa, ongi kõik.

Fakt on, et kaalu kaotuseks EI LOE, mis toidust Sinu kalorid tulevad. Kehal on erakordselt suva sellest. Sel põhjusel töötab ka iga dieet vähemalt nii kaua, kuni sellest kenasti kinni pidada. Ainus põhjus miks need ei tööta, on see, kui inimene pole endaga aus ja sööb tegelikult üle. Endalgi selliseid apsakaid olnud – ah mis see jäätis ja kohuke ikka asja muudavad. Aga jäätis + kohuke võibki olla see kogus, mis selle päeva ära nullib progressi kohalt. Pähklid on ka salakavalad kalorite peitjad. Ja küpsised…. kes suudab süüa pakist vaid paar küpsist? Mina mitte! Ja Kalevi uus shokolaad on eriti kurjajuur! Tume shokolaad marstipanitäidisega – enamasti ma võtan ühe rea shoksi ja rahu majas. Selle puhul on iga tunni tagant rida shoksi… Liiga hea on!

Viimane kuu aega olengi ma söönud ükskõik mida, mis on mulle loomulik tundunud ja kiire kätte saada. Jah see tähendab saiakesi, burgereid, võileibu, kiirnuudleid jne. Tervisega olin pahuksis ja ei jaksanud valmistada midagi + lisaks oli ka jonn. Sööge ise oma juurikaid noh! Aga kuna mul on teada juba laias laastus, et mis on mu kalorid ja isegi Hesburgeri lehel on kirjas palju seal kaloreid asjades on, siis juurde EI OLE mina võtnud – säh mulle kooki moosiga! Või noh, burgerit Siiriusest!

Lisaks pani mind mõtlema see, kui inimene on 10+ aastat harjunud sööma igasugust nö jama. On tema kehale see hea üldse, kui nüüd järsku tervislikuks hakkab? See on kehale ju shokk tegelikult. Kõik on nii teistsugune. Näiteks minul on kõhuga praegu palju paremad lood, kui olid juurikate ja liha jms peal olles. Bring on the Kiirnuudlid! Üldiselt ma leian, et inimene peaks sööma seda, mis teeb tal enesetunde heaks. Kõik on individuaalne. Kindlasti ei tee paha visata toidu sisse ka käpatäis värsket ja lisada endale menüüsse ka vitamiine jms. Aga kui keha pole ikkagi harjunud teatud toiduga, siis kas üldse sundida end drastiliseks muutuseks? Kindlasti soovitaks seda väga pika aja peale siis teha, mitte kohe HOPS ja burksilt salatile elu. On parem kehale ja kohe kindlasti parem stressi kohalt. Ei tule seda jonni ka nii jubedalt, et pistke pe….. oma juurikad. 😀  Ja üleüldse… kas peab olema piitspeenike?

Jah, keha nii süües pringiks ei saa, selle jaoks on juba trenn. Jah tervist nii paremaks ei saa, kui toit pole parema kvaliteediga. Aga kaalukaotus on AINULT kalorite koguses kinni. Korduvalt tõestanud seda ise ja paljud teisedki! Näiteks The Twinkie Diet.

Aga nüüd pöördume tähtsaima küsimuse juurde. Aga MIKS peaks kaalust alla võtma?

Miks on enamusel selline kinnisidee? Kui tervisele kaal ei mõju, siis peaks olema tegelikult ju suva. Enda keha, enda asi. Me kõik oleme erinevad ja olenemata kaalust, on alati inimesi, kelle jaoks oleme me super kaunid või täiesti jubedad. Kaal, nägu, iseloom jne – see kõik on maitseasi! Mis õigusega keegi teine defineerib, kuidas need peaksid Sinu elus olema? Kindlasti on tema elus asju, mis Sinu arust on nihu või pahad. Igaühel ongi oma elu ja omad prioriteedid jne. No las nad olla siis eksole ju. 🙂

Vahepeal tegi mulle maru haiget, kui kuulsin kuidas tuttavad olid seletanud, et maru julge neiu olen, et panin nii si** vormiga pildid endast üles. Aga lõpuks ma tean, et isegi 6packiga oleks leidunud keegi, kellele see ei meeldi. Viimati saan viha, sest tahan oma juuksed maha lõigata näiteks. Alati on keegi, kellele läheb teiste eraelu liialt korda ja nad pole sellega rahul.

Tasuks läbi mõelda, kas on tõesti enese jaoks olulised need teatud muutused. Äkki need on ühiskonna poolt peale surutud kinnisideed? Äkki peaks hoopis oma mõtteviisi muutma? Peamine peaks siin elus olema see – OLE ÕNNELIK! Elu ON erakordselt lühike. Katsu iga päev olla nii õnnelik, kui Sa vähegi saad. Katsu leida kõiges midagigi head. Mina teen 100 Happy Days Challenget. Ehk ma postitan iga päev ühe pildi millegist, mis mind õnnelikuks tegi. Isegi päeval, mil ma päev otsa nutan, olen ma leidnud midagigi. Pisar silmas postitan! Aga see tõesti õpetab asju vaatama positiivsemalt + see võtab vaid mõne minuti ajast.
