Kuidas külmetusega võidelda ja Tokyo Sushi Baar?

Kõige suurem vaenlane! Haigus! Kätte on jõudnud see kaunis külmetuste hooaeg. Iga aasta meenutan ja loen üle, mis võimalikult looduslikult annaks ära teha, et oleks leebem olla. Ning muidugi, et kuidas haigusest kiiremini paraneda. Jagangi siin oma nippe.

Tee

Hea kuum tee on üks parimaid abimehi. Mina valmistan erinevat teed – normaalne tee ja karm tee. Normaalne tee on hästi erinev, nii kuidas tuju tuleb, mingi piparmündikene, pärnaõis, kummel jms. Kindlasti ka mesi ja sidrun. Joooo seeee teee siiidruniiiiga.

Karm tee on pigem nagu ravim, maitsev see ei ole. Ära närimiseks ja alla neelamiseks panen ma tassi:

  • Cayenne pipar
  • Kaneel
  • Piparmünt
  • Basiilik
  • Mesi
  • Ingver
  • Marjad – mustikad, jõhvikad

Ja pisikese teesõelakese sisse panen veel kummelit, melissi, rohelist teed. Enamus rohelisest on mul endal kasvatatud ja kas otse aknalaualt värskena tee sisse või sügavkülmikust. Täpsed kogused tulevad katse-eksituse meetodil, sest igaüks on erinev. Aga vot mõju ninale oli suhteliselt kohene. Töötab töötab! 🙂 Lisanipp – greibiseemne ekstrakti tarbida, see töötab ebareaalselt hästi. Korduvalt külmetusega proovitud ja paranemine on alanud sel ajal, kui selle tarbimistki alustasime. Lisaks, kui sai ennetavalt võetud oli ka haigusi harvemini.

 

Lisaks lugesin liste, et mis toite väga ei soovitata ja mida just soovitatakse sel ajal.

  • Vitamiin A, C, D ( porgand, sidrun, kala)

Ei

  • Piimatooteid väga ei soovitata, aga tõestust ka pole eriti, et kahju teevad – ise lihtsalt piiran sel ajal.
  • Jahutooted
  • Kohv – kafeiini jaoks võiks selle asendada rohelise teega selleks ajaks.
  • Alkohol – kuigi kunagi tegin jaheda kummelitee+mesi+viin shoti haiguse ajal ja vot aitas.
  • Suhkur ehk magusad asjad
  • Rasvased toidud ala burgerid jms. Kala rasv on hea!
  • Kartul

Aga muidugi kõik oleneb ka natukene, sest sai on näiteks hea, kui on haigusega kaasnevad kõhumured. Ja vürtsikad toidud ja tsitruselised asjad ei pruugi siis head olla. Lähtudes sellest kõigest, leidsin ma, et on väga õige aeg tellida sushit! Saab nii ingverit, kala, vürtsikat valikut ja kogu toidu koostis on just, nagu sel puhul peaks.

Sushi

Valikuks osutus Tokyo Sushi baar, sest neil on erakordselt mõnusad Tempurad ehk fritüüritud sushi. Tellitud sai muidugi TelliToit kaudu, sest see on tõbise inimese… ja no ka mugava inimese, parim sõber! Väga mugav leht tellimiseks, toit jõuab täpselt siis kohale, kui vaja ja kullerid on ka alati sõbralikud! 

Ninja Maki – toorjuust, lumekrabi, kurk – lihtne ja loogiline valik. Alati maitsev.

Hiidkreveti Hosomaki Tempura – hiidkrevett, toorjuust – oli maitsev, aga jäi natukene igavaks. Kahe koostisosaga on see muidugi loogiline, järgmine kord proovin midagi keerulisemat.

Singi-Juustu Tempura – sink, juust – lihtne ja loogiline! Ja no sink ja juust sobivad alati kokku.

Võikala-Avokaado Futomaki – meriahven, avokaado, tshilli, teravamaitseline majonees – siin on lausa piprakaunake hoiatuseks. Aus hinne, 1 piprakaunake käib siia juurde tõesti. Maitsev ja äge vaheldus.

Chakin Ikura Tempura – lõhe, toorjuust, jaapani omlett, kurk – hästi mõnusalt siidine koostis.
