Kaliiper! Kaalu hea kaksikvend?

Tere Kaliiper-ile! Temaga saab kodust lahkumata oma keharasva protsenti arvutada. Mõtlesin, et testiks ära, oleks maru tore teada, mida see näitab mulle. Alustasin suure hurraaga ja mõtlesin, et väga naha sisse vajutada ei tohiks, muidu on cheatimine, hoidsin vaid õrnalt vastu. Vastuseks sain ülekaalu…. 😀 54kg 168cm ja ülekaaluline, ei no tere tali! ( loe: Eesti kevad) Küsisin kohe Kaliipriprofilt nõu ja googeldasin ka hea video ja sain aru, et ikka peab natuke nagu suruma ka, tulemused olid kohe hooooopis teised. Eks see ole see alguse asi, ka munagi saab valesti praadida, kui pole seda varem teinud. Minu rasva % Kaliipri arvates, kes on nüüd mu bestikas, oli siis – 20,37 %!  Siia sisestasin ma omad tulemused ja arvutas mulle kenasti välja. Naisele on normaalne vahemik selle järgi 17 – 27.99%. Ehk, ma olen normaalne lõpuks! Aga ainult rasvaprotsendi kohalt! 😀

Mõõta saab siis niimoodi ja siin on hea video, mis seda ka demonstreerib.

Saab ka kenasti endale selle otse postkasti tellida siit! Pakk pannakse teele juba 1 päevaga, ehk maru kiirelt saab kätte ja ise omal nahal või siis rasval järgi proovida.

Kasutasin Jackson-Pollock’i 7-punkti mõõtmist:

1. Axilla skinfold   – 10

2. Chest skinfold  – 6         Ma räägin noh, enamus rasva kadus just sealt 🙁

3. Abdominal skinfold  – 16

4. Subscapular skinfold  – 12

5. Suprailiac skinfold  – 12

6. Tricep skinfold  – 20

7. Thigh skinfold  – 22      Aga ma ei tea, kui õige see mõõt on, sest seal mõõtepunktis on enamuses lihas ja aina libises käest.

Kõike üksi mõõta ei saanud, aga abikaasa aitas hädast välja. 🙂 Kindlasti mõõdan kuu pärast ka uuesti! Abikaasa mõõtsin ka ära ja tema tulemused tunduvad ka õiged. 🙂 Igatahes maru rahul olen! Äge värk!

  • Uued lisamõõdud – – – sest Organismidiagnostika lehel on maru hea tabel.
  • Kael  – 31,5
  • Rinna alt  – 77
  • Nabakoht  – 86
  • Vöökoht  – 86
  • Säär  – 36 parem, 35 vasem
  • Ranne  – 14 parem, 14 vasem

Väga kahju on, et ma kõiki neid mõõte varem ei võtnud, aga eks ma alustasin kogu mõõtmist vaid BeFit2017 pärast ja tegin neid mõõte, mis selle jaoks vajalikud on. Aga väga motiveeriv oleks olnud vaadata, et kui ühest kohast mõõt ei muutu, siis kusagilt ikka muutub!

Lisaks olen uurinud väga palju pilte, et milline teatud rasvaprotsendiga inimene välja näeb, muidugi ei ole see täppisteadus vms, aga ega kaal ka ei ole, ega mõõdulint. Mitte miski ei ole, aga see Kaliipri asi tundub väga ligilähedane ja usutav, lisaks on see ühekordne väljaminek ja saab koduselt teha.
